Mística was born from the internal team's need to provide coherence and agility to design and development. My role was being a precursor, detecting the needs, taking the first steps, and giving shape and context to join the Design Core team, with Mística as Telefonica's central system. Throughout the process, I have always supported the new group, shedding light and providing context at each step of the challenge, from the theoretical concept phase to its integration into internal and international (12 Countries) teams.
