Case of Movistar Account, Telefonica CX.
Integration of the "Account" product included consumer accounts, expense control, billing cycles, purchasing of bonuses, packages, services, and checkout processes in 16 countries for the Tuenti brand in Latin America and Spain.
Collaborating in expanding the same product to leading brands such as Movistar in Latin America and Spain, Vivo in Brazil, and O2 in the United Kingdom, working closely with the respective Business Operations (OB) teams. Furthermore, I contributed to create the initial draft of what eventually became Mística, the current design system of Telefónica. This project involved developing a scalable, robust, and multi-brand adaptable design system.
